Roof Repair
Step flashing at chimney walls is the number one leak source we see in Vancouver. Improper step flashing causes roof leaks. It's that simple. We install new step flashing with a chimney cricket for proper water diversion, sealed with Geocel tripolymer sealant. Fix it once, fix it right.
Storm Damage Repair
Our storm damage process: free inspection, full photo documentation, direct filing with your insurance carrier, meet the adjuster on-site, and handle the repairs once approved. We don't ask for money upfront on insurance claims.
New Roof Installation

Metal Roofing
We install 24-gauge and 26-gauge standing seam in Galvalume and pre-painted steel. Concealed fastener system means nothing's exposed to weather. Panels lock together at the seam and clip to the roof deck.

Flat Roofing
We repair and install flat roofs on Vancouver homes, garages, commercial buildings, and additions. TPO for reflectivity, EPDM for budget, PVC for chemical resistance near restaurants and kitchens.
Commercial Roofing
Roof coatings can extend the life of your commercial roof by 10-15 years for a fraction of replacement cost. We apply silicone and acrylic coatings over existing TPO, EPDM, and metal substrates. Not every roof qualifies. We'll be straight with you.
Gutter Installation
Half-round copper gutters with round downspouts. That's the premium install. We solder joints on-site using 50/50 tin-lead solder. Copper develops a natural patina in Washington's climate within 5-7 years. For aluminum, we use Spectra Metals .027 gauge seamless with Raytec hidden hangers rated to hold 25 lbs per linear foot of ice and debris load.
Roof Inspection
Annual roof inspections catch small problems before they become expensive ones. A cracked pipe boot is a $150 fix. Ignoring it means $3,000 in ceiling and wall water damage. We recommend an inspection every 2-3 years for roofs under 10 years old, and annually after that.

Skylight Installation
A skylight installed wrong will leak. The flashing has to integrate with the shingle courses. Step flashing on the sides, headwall flashing on top, and a sill pan underneath. We use manufacturer flashing kits because they're engineered to work with the skylight frame.
